Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Below you will find our cancellation terms for bookings at Villa Casa La Dogana. Please read these carefully before confirming your reservation.
All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to [email protected]. The date of receipt of the email determines which cancellation tier applies.
Full Refund
More than 90 days before arrival
If you cancel more than 90 days before your scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be refunded in full, minus a €150 administrative handling fee. The refund will be processed within 14 business days.
Partial Refund
Between 60 and 90 days before arrival
If you cancel between 60 and 90 days before your scheduled arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. The remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee.
No Refund
Less than 60 days before arrival
If you cancel less than 60 days before your scheduled arrival date, the full deposit is non-refundable. This policy exists because late cancellations make it very difficult to re-let the property for the booked period.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your booking directly through the Guest Portal by navigating to the 'Cancellation' section and clicking the 'Cancel My Booking' button. Alternatively, you can send an email to [email protected] with your booking reference number, the name of the lead guest, and your check-in date. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation within 48 hours.
Force Majeure
In exceptional circumstances beyond the control of either party (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions), we will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include rescheduling your stay or providing a credit for a future booking.
